A set menu of eight sharing dishes hits the table — manoosh, hummus, tuna fatteh, burrata with hazelnut dukkah, lahm bi ajeen, batata harra, cauliflower with pomegranate and tahini, and sambousek — while the bar keeps pouring. Start with a signature Zaffi Spritz on arrival, then roll through bottomless Espresso Martinis, Aperol Spritz, sparkling, rosé, wines and beer, all under a live DJ set built for the room.Going bigger? Step up to the Bottomless Feast at $139pp — eleven share plates plus Spring Chicken with harissa and toum, slow-roasted Lamb Shoulder, a chef's dessert, and a premium cocktail list that adds French Martini, Passion Fruit Margarita, Negroni, and a seasonal rotating cocktail. Not drinking? The Alcohol-Free tier at $79pp is the full experience — same food, same DJ, same two hours — with bottomless mocktails, soft drinks, coffee and tea.Seatings run between 12:00pm and 2:30pm (last seating), giving every table their full two hours before the room turns over for dinner service from 6pm. It's built for birthdays, hens parties, long catch-ups, or any weekend that deserves more than a quick coffee — and if you're not ready to leave when brunch wraps, stay on for a drink at the bar before Zaffi by Night opens.

Most of Sydney gives you 90 minutes. Zaffi gives you 120 — so the second round of cocktails isn't a race. Saturdays 12–2:30pm.
